Throughout my Management career in the telecommunications industry, I am a

Performance for production and maintenance activities that helps ensure their safety at all times.

I also am accustomed to working with federal regulatory agencies (OHSA/ANSI) and executive

management to provide employees with safe working environments, as well as the “right-to

know” electro-magnetic energy and radio frequency information and the effects from both long

and short-term exposure. As an active safety advocate, I am CPR and fall-and-rescue certified,

and have received training for basic first response emergency medical services.

February 2^nd 2013- November 12^th 2014 Construction Manager for Velocitel (Bloomington, MN)

my specific responsibilities, included:

·   Manage all portions of the AT&T NSB project.

·   Coordinate and manage all LEC backhaul and NIU deliveries.

·   Maintaining all coordination of LTE/UMTS cutover and PDU upgrades.

·   Review all closeout documents and approve. (CAD drawings/design, financial deadlines, photo’s and all state regulatory requirements).

·   Work with the local utilities and municipalities for all zoning, permitting and easement requirements.

 

September 1^st 2010- September 10^th 2013 LTE Program Manager for AT&T Mobility (Bloomington, MN),

my specific responsibilities, included:

·   Manage all GnG checklist items pertaining to the MNP region LTE deployment POR/POE/POD forecasts and actuals.

·   Coordinate with the various teams RAN, C&E, NAM, Compliance and Operations to deliver program plans, timeline for deployment of the LTE project and to escalate any issues that may slow the progress of the launch.

·   Work with various data bases including Granite, Siterra, PMATT, CASPR.

·   Deployed RNC’s, SGSN, MME and PDN gateways.

·   Build and present weekly Status reports and Monthly reports to the National Leadership.

·   Work with the local LEC for all DS3 rolls in the MNP markets.

·   Manage the local ATT C&E teams to deliver a communication path for all special events and Wi-Fi events.

 

January 5^th 2010- September 1^st 2010 Project Manager (OSP) for ZAYO communication (Bloomington, MN),

·   Manage all portions of the AT&T NSB, UMTS, and Sectorization projects including:

·   Coordinate and manage all LEC backhaul and NIU deliveries.

·   Maintaining all coordination of UMTS cutover and PDU upgrades.

·   Create OOM’s for all job costs.

·   Create and Review CAD design with the client engineers.

my specific responsibilities, included:

·   Manage all New Site Build for AT&T including:

·   Maintaining quality assurance and acceptance of site construction through site inspections

·   Coordinating subcontractors with the overall build schedule

·   Providing construction cell site tracking updates from initial site development through site acceptance.

·   Documenting all site activities associated with the construction of the site

·   Create bid docs, Scopes of Work and track all change orders pertaining to each job.

·   Create and Review CAD design with the client engineers.

 

March 9^th 2006-December 29^th 2006 Project and Construction Manager for Nokia Siemens Networks (Chicago, IL), my specific responsibilities, included:

·   Complete site audits for the UMTS Flexi cabinet build for T-Mobile.

·   Manage all closeout package issues.

·   Coordinate all site deficiencies to the contractors.

·   Tracking all production of site completion.
